During the sign up survey, choose from one of our convenient pick up locations:

- City Heights Center, Wednesdays at 2pm

- City Heights/Azalea Park, Wednesday at 230pm

- Hillcrest, Fruit Craft Tasting Room, Wednesdays between 130 and 10pm

- Point Loma/Ocean Beach, Wednesdays after 1pm
